320 Clay Street is a new, three-story, 22-unit apartment building that has been thoughtfully designed with a light, modern feel to maximize light and space. The building is located on a quiet street in downtown Missoula, among all the restaurants, shops, and other Downtown amenities, and just steps from Bess Reed Park, the farmers markets, the beautiful Clark Fork River, and the riverfront trail connecting Downtown to the UM Campus.
320 Clay Street includes 18 studio apartments and 4 one-bedroom apartments ranging from approx. 310 sf - 550 sf. The building includes a bike room, and a limited number of storage lockers available for additional charge on a first-come, first-served basis. The building has a secured entry system and video monitoring of entrances and exits. Each floor has coin-operated washers and dryers.
The building does not include on-site parking, but the building is located within one block of the parking garage at Roam and two blocks of the parking garage at Park Place. Due to building’s convenient location downtown and proximity to the riverfront trail and the high demand for street parking in the neighborhood, residents are encouraged to either lease parking at a nearby garbage or opt for alternative forms of transportation.
The Units
320 Clay Street includes a variety of floor plans to choose from. All apartments boast 10’ ceilings, large windows, sliding barn doors, and shelving to maximize light and space. Most units come with essential furniture including a twin or double bed, sofa, coffee table, desk, chair, and flat screen TV. Many of the apartments include a loft bed, allowing residents to creatively utilize their living space. All apartments have a mini-kitchen including quartz countertops, a 10 cubic foot refrigerator, electric cooktop range, range venting, and countertop microwave. The one-bedroom apartments include a dishwasher.
Heating is supplied via electric heaters. 3rd floor apartments include air conditioning. Each apartment is individually metered for electricity, and tenants are responsible for electrical service. The landlord provides water, sewer, cable, and internet, subject to an additional utility charge. Tenants are responsible for the cable box and wireless router supplied by Charter Spectrum. Small, house-trained, quiet pets may be considered with additional pet deposit and pet rent. Size and weight limitations and other restrictions may apply.
